Duty Replacement Program:
We expect our sunglasses to be utilized wherever and whenever duty calls. That’s why we stand behind them 100% with our Duty Replacement Program (DRP).
Program Coverage:
This program covers eyewear purchased directly from bannereyewear.com or an authorized distributor that are lost or broken for any reason.
Key Features:
- 1-Year Coverage: The program is valid for one year from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Please note this program only allows for ONE replacement for each pair of sunglasses sold.
- "No Questions Asked" Replacement: If your eyewear is lost or destroyed within the coverage period, simply submit a replacement request to support@bannereyewear.com.
- Same Style Replacement: Replacements will be for the same style and lens color as the original eyewear, subject to availability. If the original style is discontinued or out of stock, a similar or equivalent item will be offered.
Exclusions:
- This program does not cover eyewear purchased through promotional offers (e.g., free items, clearance sales, final offers, BOGO on the free pair).
- Accessories (e.g., cases, cleaning cloths, repair kits) are not covered under this program.
- Damage occurring more than one year after the original purchase date is not covered.
- Additional requests beyond the ONE replacement per pair of sunglasses is not covered.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@banneyewear.com with the subject: Duty Replacement Program
- Provide Proof of Purchase: You may be asked to provide your original order number or receipt if purchased from an authorized retailer.
- Processing Fee: A small processing fee of $15 will be required for each replacement.
- Receive Your Replacement: Once your request and fee is processed, we will ship your replacement as soon as possible.
